Frequently Asked Questions
Who counts toward our member limit?
Everyone who has joined your church's plan with your invite code, including the administrator. Admins can see and manage members from the Members tab of the dashboard; removing someone who has moved on frees their seat right away.
Is the Free plan really free?
The Free plan is a 30-day trial: 3 voice conversations per day for your first 30 days. After that, upgrade to Personal Pro or join your church's plan to keep talking with Pastor Dave. Your conversation history is preserved when you upgrade.
Can I switch plans?
Yes - you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating member data between plans.
What happens when we reach our member limit?
Nobody gets cut off. Everyone who has already joined keeps full access all month long. When your plan is full, new people simply can't join with your invite code until you free a seat or upgrade — and an upgrade takes effect immediately.
What if we have more than 100 members?
We'd love to work with you. Churches with more than 100 members, multi-campus situations, or denominational networks can reach us at gheistand@reepworks.com to discuss a custom arrangement.
